Vibration of the around structures arosed by blasting sesmic wave is one of the social effectsof pollution.How to reduce the vibration of the paticals is an important research task for the domestic and foreign scholars.And they also advanced many ways to reduce blasting vibration. The method of waveform superposition for vibration reduction based on millisecond blasting can obtain better result to lowering the vibration. vibration. How to select a reasonable delay time is the key of the method. The domestic and foreign scholars have proposed a series of methods and principles to obtain the reasonable time delay interval. But the results obtained by different principles of interval time at the same blasting parameters are often different from each other to a large extent.In this thesis, through blasting experiment,with the formidable numerical calculation fuctions of Matlab,analysis the effect factors of blasting center distance,holes distance,min-burden,min-time delay interval to the frequency of blasting seismic wave and the effect of blasting seismic wave frequency to the peak vibration velocity, from these the variational rule of peak vibration velocity and frequency arosed by near blasting seismic waves in the cement board followed to the min-time delay interval is got in the end. It can offer gist to reduce the influence of blasting seismic wave to the around structures.
