With the continuous development of food industry, the demand of foodstuff pack is increaseing. Because most foods are packed by plastics, it is very necessary for its safe health analyse.Phthalic Acid Ester(PAEs) is mainly applied to increase the plasticity and soften in the plastics industry. The function of PAEs are to increase plasticity, tenacities and strength of plastics. The kind of compound that has the good comprehensive function, as a result it is applied in the plastic industry.PAEs impatient toxicity is very small, its second impatient toxicity and chronic toxicities caused the people's notice. The second impatient animal toxicity experiment has manifested that it can cause weight easing, the white cell increasing, anemic, hematuria and it has alse the bad influence, especially to liver organization. Data indicates that currently the analyse of DEHP in foreign is mainly used in the realms, such as environmental protection and medical treatment etc.But the report on the examination of PAEs contained in food plastics inner pad material is few.The technique of using GC to examine foodstuff and foodstuff's plastic package is built up, and the 7 kinds of specimens are ascertained such as DOP, DBP, DIBP, DEHP, BBP, DEP, DMP. Carry on the analysis to the accurate degree of the experiment method also. For eaxample the lines related coefficients of the 7 kinds of specimens all can exceed 0.999, and the line scope is between 0.01~1g/L; RSD of retention times are all below 0.1%, and RSD of peak area is below 2%; The limit of detection of the 7 kinds of specimens are ensured between 1.0ng and 2.0ng.The content of PAEs in six kinds of plasticses pack measured by this method is between 0.05 mg/kg and 0.2 mg/kg, and the average recovery is between 70 and 120%. The content of PAEs in six samples measured by this method is between 0.002 and 0.05 mg/kg, and the average recovery is between 70% and 130%. Those are also in the range of experiment error. Therefore, it is shown that this method used to measurese the PAEs of food and its plastics packings is viable.The results of experiment show that if the liquid sample contains the more organic solvent, such as ethanoland acetic acid etc, through long-term storage, PAEs is probably examined. But pure water, sauce and various beverages don't contain the PAEs. The content of PAEs within milk packed with the plastics bag is obviously less than that of organic produces, such as ethanol. But, contents of PAEs in above these foods are all quite a little. Currently, whether PAEs are bad to body need to make the further science research.
