| In our daily lives,more and more plastic food packaging, such as edible oil,biscuits,puffed food, vegetables, fruits,dry roasted seeds and nuts, meat and meat products, etc.,is generally more commonly used polyvinyl chloride (PVC),polyethylene (PE),polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC),or the materials,composite products.However, these plastic packaging materials in the production process in the need to add some additives (plasticizer, stabilizer and so on) to increase the plastic extensibility, stability, strength of some features. Plasticizers which can increase the strength of plastic food packaging, toughness and plasticity. One most commonly used and is the most used phthalates (PAEs) plasticizers.The phthalate plasticizers over time,temperature and other conditions change gradually migrate from the plastic to the food, resulting in the contamination of food. Phthalates have weak estrogenic effects, has been identified as environmental estrogens,with the decline in fertility and reproductive abnormalities, etc. It also has mutagenic and carcinogenic effects [29].No research paper has chosen the plastic packaging Ham for the study, using GC on the ham phthalate plasticizers qualitative and quantitative analysis.This paper is divided into three parts, the main contents are summarized as follows:The first chapter in the first chapter reviews the background of this research on phthalate plasticizers for further description. And pre-treatment column SPE solid phase extraction and GC principles related to technical and operational steps described.The second chapter introduces the plastic packaging Ham phthalate plasticizers in the pre-treatment methods, including extraction and purification methods.Introduction by GC/MS of the samples to establish qualitative and quantitative determination method.Chapter III summarize the experimental results were analyzed, and actual samples of market sampling to Ham on the plastic packaging of phthalate plasticizers in the aggregated pollution. |
