Four-roller rolling mill is prevailing,it applies on model processing of steel and metal far-ranging,a four-roller rolling mill's rolling system includes: A pair of work roller and a pair support spare part and so on rolleras well as their bearing seat,when a rolling mill's output reach fifty thousands ton,it should be changed rolling mill,it's supporting rollers (or working rollers)must be grinded again.For the sake of roll steel's natural working,one rolling mill needs three roller systems which be spare parts.The company introduces the old liberated area 1,600 and newlydeveloped area 2150CSP rolls over the line more advanced Lian Zhulianto roll over the production line for the present world in,it concludes F1—F7 precise rolling mills. Rolling mill bearing seat be designed and made by SMS DEMAG, it is one of the most important parts of rolling mill.Its high or low precision will affect the production quality of output directly. Its configuration is more complicated, bearing hole needs higher precision, the difference of the wall thick is large, the transmutation of the thermal-stress is not equal, these will went against enginery processing, moreover, two sides needs higher tolerance of rolling hole. Its processing precision will affect the assembled precision. The spare parts be imported from overseas all along, in view of this kind of present situation, We through to rolling mill bearing seat precise processing essentialtechnology research, Improved the bearing seat processing quality, Has satisfied its operation requirements, Has achieved the domestically produced substitution import goal.The text uses Rolling mill bearing seat as study object, at first, basis the bearing seat's technology request, analyze the key technology of rolling mill bearing seat precision processing, viz. precision conclusion of bearing seat by two sides, processing deep and long oil hole; secondly, analyze the distortional causation of bearing chock,of mill bearing hole, viz. infection of temperature, hosting,cutting force, craft system rigidity and remaining stress. Analyzing with ANSYS, the distortional causation of bearing hole by temperature, hosting,cutting force and craft system rigidity,provide with scope of temperature and cutting force variation, degree and position of clamping force, mode and technique of hosting, ensure the distortional of the bearing chock of mill bearing hole within the range of tolerance. Then basis on result of analysis,workout logical processing craft,reduce infection of remaining stress, difference in temperature during processing, cutting force, clamping and hosting, ensure precision of the bearing chock of mill, bearing hole after processing accord with the request of drawing and use, ensure bearing both side of the face-shaped hole geometric tolerance through using NC system,processing deep and long hole using VENTEC which HAMAN DEEP HOLE TECHONOGY COP. provided. At last, processing and manufacture the bearing chock of mill through experimentation, matching appropriate tool, improve on problem during processing, sum up experience, solidify craft parameter.
