Recently, the price of raw material increases continually, which brings tungsten wire manufacturers under big cost pressure. To be ever-victorious in the market and develop sustainably, the only way out is reducing production cost with quality certified by technology reform and innovation. The content of this subject is to apply double-boat process to reduce the production cost and improve the competitiveness, with quality certified.Take single-boat process for reference, this subject applies double-boat process in the manufacturing of doped tungsten wire. Through the design of boat shape, and the research on key process such as reduction, sintering, swaging and annealing, the feasibility of double-boat process is approved.This subject could be divided into 3 stages:experiment in low volume; trial in moderate volume; mass production. It can ensure the credibility of the study, the conformity between trial and production, and the generalization of double-boat process.With the use of SEM, Laser Particle Size Analyzer, F.S.S.S, Metallurgical Microscope, AAS and other advanced apparatuses, the precision of the study can be guaranteed. To ensure the new tungsten wire to meet customers'requirement, high temperature property and chemical composition of tungsten wire inΦ0.39mm were analyzed abundantly.The subject reduces production cost and brings significant economic benefit for the enterprise. Meanwhile, it initiates a new process for doped tungsten powder reducing.
