This paper's main aim is that researches the question about erosion and desquamation of the blast furnace inner lining refractory bricking-up。Blast furnace is an important equipment of the steel manufacture, the inside of which is built by laying multilayer fire resisting material in term of definite orderliness. It is indicated in the productive practice that inner bricks of the blast furnace exist ring shake phenomenon during the production process. The furnace body endures distortion and stress produced by heat pressure in the smelting process. High temperatures will impair the lining, increase the melting loss and reduce the length of life. Therefore it has an important technical and economic significance to extend the life of the blast furnace.According to the orbicular brick of the blast furnace inner layer, started from heat theory, this paper researched the temperature characteristic of the inner refractory, and simplified the blast furnace inner orbicular brick's structure to plane axisymmetric problem.Due to orbicular and even material condition, This paper concluded the inner and Outer boundary condition into four statuses including the inner and outer temperature boundary, the inner temperature and the outer convection boundary, the inner convection boundary and the outer temperature boundary, the inner and outer convection boundary using heat theory. This paper deduced the temperature distribution of unsteady nature of the multi-cylinder. And compiled the calculated program about temperature distribution of the multilayered cylinder using MATLAB, through compiled the MATLAB GUI procedure, implements the man-machine conversation input the temperature computation, Facilitate the use of the operator perfect temperature computation.Textual investigation laid the temperature foundation for studying the inside lining whole thermal load and designing fire walls of the blast furnace.
