China National Petroleum Corporation Xinjiang oilfield No.1oil production plant Hong-Ke glass steel tube pipeline transport the crude oil from combination station to thin oil processing station. Due to the wax-bearing crude and hypersalinity of produced water, new pipeline in operation8months later, wax and fouling caused the pipe blockage when the first pigging. Because the high temperature will lead to fouling, and low temperature generate wax precipitation. Therefore, the appropriate oil temperature is vital.This thesis collected the relevant theory and literature of abroad hot oil pipeline and soil temperature field calculation methods widely. Further in-depth study on Heat Transfer, fluid mechanics and other related theories, determinate the relevant parameters of crude oil, on the basis of study the soil temperature field affected by hot oil, set up geometrical model and mathematical model and made sure the boundary conditions and initial conditions.Use the FLUENT software to calculate the change of soil temperature. Calculate the temperature drop and pressure drop of pipeline by PIPEPHASE software, compared with the site operating data to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the software. Finally, according to the Hong-Ke pipeline’s practical problems,and proposed a appropriate normal temperature conveying process.Based the research, this thesis analyzed the change characteristics of soil temperature filed influenced by run time, pipe materal, oil temperature,pipe buried depth, different wall distance and the change of natural soil temperature field. According to the temperature drop and pressure drop, this paper proposed conveying process, that is transportation at constant temperatuerâ†'high temperature melting wax processâ†'testore transportation at constant temperatuerâ†'piggingâ†'transportation at constant temperature and determine the parameters. Finally, according to the field data, determine the pigging period, and2014Hong-Ke pipeline transportation at constant temperature process program.
