Shaftless driven printing machine have already taken place of traditional mechanical master driven printing machine due to its excellent performance in high precision, simplified structure, wide gear ratio, convenient adjustment, etc. During the last few years, many scholars had introduced some new control theories into synchronization control, however, research on the synchronization control system of shaftless driven printing machine is still a puzzle until now. How to compose a good algorithm that can make multi axes run synchronously still remains to be resolved facing kinds of factors that make the system asynchronous. Exploratory research is taken on solving the problem in the synchronization control system of shaftless driven printing machine in this thesis.Firstly, research is focused on the synchronization control system of shaftless driven printing machine in this thesis. After making analysis of advantages of shaftless driven technology and studying the basic knowledge of synchronization control of the shaftless driven printing machine, several synchronization control methods of multi-motors has been compared. Then, electronic virtual line shafting control theory is designed for synchronization control system of the shaftless driven printing machine and the simulation results prove that the electronic virtual line shafting control theory can satisfy the desire of speed and position synchronization for multi-axes (more than two axes) system.Secondly, under the research on variable structure control algorithm with sliding modes, sliding modes controller is designed to every axis in order to make the system owns the character of robust. And adaptive integral sliding mode controller is designed in order to inhibit the disturbance of load and parameters change on the whole synchronization system.Finally, the whole synchronization control system is designed and simulated in MATLAB, the results of simulation prove that the control theory of this thesis can not only realizes the global synchronization but also inhibits the disturbance of load and parameters change on the whole synchronization system which can fit the target of the research.
