With the continuous development of industry,in many cases,a single motor control has not fitted the requirements of all kinds of production equipment performance,product quality,but require more than one motor synchronous driving control,so more motor synchronization control is one of the major problems for many high speed and high precision systems.Due to the motor in the process of practical work,the technical parameters of each motor,load mutation and random disturbance,the influence of such factors as it is difficult to keep the motor speed synchronization precision,at the same time,permanent magnet synchronous motor is a multi-variable,high prices,strong coupling,nonlinear complex system,control of permanent magnet synchronous motor synchronous control effect is more difficult to meet the requirements of synchronous control and high precision.In order to further improve the synchronization performance of motors synchronization control system,in this paper,in combination with related literature at home and abroad and on the basis of automatic control theory,motor synchronization control system for the control of the structure of the design and research of control algorithm.The paper research content mainly includes the following several parts:1.Synchronized control technology is introduced the basic concepts and the advantages and the application prospect of permanent magnet synchronous motor,analyzes the basic principle of speed regulation control of permanent magnet synchronous motor,choose a vector control method of current control method of control.2.Analyzes the factors that affect motor synchronization control system synchronization error,and gives a method to suppress these factors;Analyses the control structure,a variety of synchronous control;The simulation shows that this control structure can be a very good guarantee system has good steady state performance and synchronization performance.3.Combining integral sliding mode and terminal sliding mode control algorithm,the sliding mode controller design for integral sliding mode,using lyapunov function show that the convergence and stability of the control law.The simulation results show that: in this paper,the design of motor synchronization control system controller has good robustness,stability and adaptability.
