The level of the combustion control for the heat treatment furnace can affect the indexes of the work pieces directly in the heating process, such as product's quality, the level of the energy consumption, workers'labor intension, and can affect the work pieces'operating costs. The technique of pulse combustion control as the developing direction of the control technique in the industry furnace in future is paid aboard attention by people under the present situation that the supply of energy is poor and the air contamination is severe gradually because of its advantages that the thermal efficiency is high, the temperature field is symmetrical in the furnace and the quantity of NOx is little, the research and application of the technique of pulse combustion control in practical engineering is especially important.This paper gained the relation between the synthetically heat transfer coefficient and the temperature of the sphere in the furnace, based on the analysis of the heat process for the heat treatment furnace with high speed nozzles and pulse combustion in the heat treatment workshop which belongs to the Anshan steel heavy machine factory, according to the test for the uniformity of the temperature in the furnace and the pressure of the hearth, the quality of the heat treatment work pieces, the effect of the insulation for the heat treatment furnace.The technique of pulse combustion control with high speed nozzles is effective on improving the convection among the heat treatment furnace, according to testing for the work pieces and the temperature in furnace, and working out the proportion of convection and radiation in synthetically heat transfer under the stage of middle or low temperature and applying pulse control combustion. In this paper,for the analysis of relation between the furnace temperature and the synthetically heat transfer coefficient,adopted the curve analysis tool in Excel software to analyze the practically tested temperature of heat treatment furnace and tracked temperature of work pieces, and gained the relation between the temperature and synthetically heat transfer coefficient in the heat treatment furnace. this result can be used for others unknown synthetically heat transfer coefficients'test and calculation as a standard working curve for the middle or low temperature heat treatment in the heat treatment furnace with high speed nozzles and pulse combustion.The pressure of the hearth in the heat treatment furnace with pulse control combustion is related to the factors that the pulse combustion time of the nozzles and the temperature of the hearth, this paper analyzed the hearth pressure fluctuation when the furnace is on the process of the pulse combustion,and analyzed the relation between the hearth pressure and the degree of the brake in the flue, according to testing the heat parameter and the operation data, such as temperature,the degree of the brake in the flue,and supplied the credible reference data for the auto-control of the hearth pressure,meanwhile, offered the important reference to the application of the pulse control combustion on the large and sequence-producing industry furnaces.
