| Heat treatment is the mainly production technology on improving the performance of metal,which play the very important role for the lifetime and the performance of metal.Iron and steel corporations can definitely acquire economic profit and energy-saving effect.At present,America and Japan are leading the way in heat treatment.There are so many corporations importing equipment of heat treatment for research and improvement in China.The competition of steel corporations is very cruel in domestic market.Obviously,it is very valuable and theoretical on researching control system of heat treatment.This paper takes the heat treatment furnace of heavy media plate of Ansteel co.Ltd in Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation as the background,it gives research work according to the control system applying on the production line.It describes the workflow and technology parameter of heat treatment furnace;then it gives the analysis and research of temperature mathematical model and burning system and tracing system on control system.On the basis of the characteristics of the heat treatment furnace,it have detailed the Level 1 basic automation systems,Level 2 process control computer system and Level 3 production schedule management system,which contain the structures of hardware,software and network.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the temperature control system of heat treatment furnace.Through the calculation of the plate temperature and the holding time and modification of heating rate,it ensures that the steel plate is heated evenly in the heat treatment furnace,and also is hold on time,it satisfies the steel plate needs on temperature and time.The quality and the energy consumption of the steel plate have been improved under the condition of continuous stable operation in the heat treatment line.This production line have played important role on the energy-saving and emission reduction in An steel.It tests this paper's availability of the designs and methods. |
