Estimation On The Air Environment Damage Cost By Coal-fired Power Plant

The swift development of power industry hastened the countries'economic, but at the same time, the coal-fired power plant made serious effects to the environment which human depends on surviving, especially air environment. It is basic work of decision-making and sustainable development that the research of estimation on the air environment damage cost by the coal-fired power plant was carried out.The forecasting of the contamination emerging concentration in the estimation on the air environment damage cost by coal-fired power plant was the first of the harvests of the paper. In the thin wind model, the conversion regular between Descartes coordinate and units polar coordinate was found. It made the expression of the forecast model more clear and reasonable, simplified the calculate course and reduced the calculating amounts a lot.It is the second harvests of the paper that the estimation model of air environment damage cost by coal-fired power plant with the four factors of polluting fountain, polluting spots, weather and economic was established. The model was based on the the application of the contamination emerging concentration forecasting model, the setting up of the environment cost evaluating method ologies system of the coal-fired power plant, and the development of the the project which was separating district to estimate and partitioning every district to serious units.The software of the air environment pollution cost estimation of the electric power plant burning coast is the third harvest in this paper. The software has a good user interface. When the command through the menu bar and dialog box was given, computer accomplished kinds of calculation itself. The software had the function of parameter inputting, data-base importing, calculation showing, exporting and saving, which can change the parameters simply, accomplish couple of calculations and save. Taking the air environment damage cost of R town by s coal-fored power plant as the calculation example, introduce the application of the software, and got the cost was 31.61 milion yuan/year. The calculation result show it was nessary to develop the research of environmrnt damage cost.
