With the development of globalization, China has become "factory of the world" by her special advantage, and provides all kinds of products for the whole world. Manufacturing industry plays the most important role. Numerical control(NC)machines have been more and more popular for their high precision, high efficiency, ability of manufacturing difficult surface, improving labor environment and reducing working intensity. NC machines have more and more sorts, nearly all fields in manufacture are covered. Compared to the traditional machines, which have their own systematic methods and results for error statistics, few people have spend time on the parts precision distribution under NC manufacturing environment. That's why the subject is put up.By means of the three factors and three levels orthogonal test held on the NC circler grinding machine styled by MKS1320, tested parts precision data(including manufacturing error and surface quality)are got under different levels of three factors(including grinding depth, workpiece's rotation speed and feed speed of longitudinal grinding)。Mismachining tolerance includes dimension tolerance and shape and position tolerance, surface quality mentions roughness and change of metallurgical structure on grinding surface.Dimension tolerance mentions diameter error, shape and position tolerance includes roundness, coaxiality, profile tolerance of the eccentric circle. Diameters are tested by digimatic micrometer. Direct-vision method is used to analysis relationship between diameters and factors, analysis which the main factor is and which the best composite factors are. Distribution map method is used to get the distribution of diameters under different factors and find the reason. Excircle profile data are tested by digimatic micrometer after the workpiece is held by dividing head. Excircle profile is drew by software named Matlab. Least square method is used to calculate the roundness, coaxiality, and profile tolerance. These three kinds of tolerances is statistical and find the effect on factors composite, as well as the reasons. Roughness is measured by TR210 roughness measuring instrument. Distribution map method is used to get the distribution of diameters under different factors and find the reason. Grinding surface's three-coordinates are measured by three-coordinate profile measuring machine. Find the reason of different patterns and the effects on workpiece's surface intensity, surface hardness, abradability,and so on. Analysis the chattering and grinding burn phenomenon, snap the three-coordinates by three-coordinate profile measuring machine, then analysis this phenomenon by the theory of grinding.
