With the increasing shortage of coal resources and increasing the personal safety of staff attention, highlighting the growing importance of coal mine safety, mine emergency rescue is even more important。In case of coal mine emergencies, How to choose the best route avoiding calamity, minimizing the loss become a serious problem. With the development of computer science and geographic information science, geographical information system has been used widely because of its strong spatial analysis function.Route analysis is the most popular and basic function in GIS. The kernel of it is calculating the optimization route. This paper mainly talks about the application of the optimization route analysis in road network and bus network. The paper is organized according to the working space network model-arithmetic research- determining the best route avoiding calamity in Mine accidents. The two main factors which influence the efficiency of the shortest path algorithm and the approach of optimizing algorithm is analyzed when optimizes the shortest path algorithm. The two main factors include trafficability in mine accident, the time of walking through the workings , road network storage mode ,data structure of arithmetic. Then the paper analyzes the space characteristic of road network. To the deficiency of traditional shortest path algorithm, Fan-shaped nodes on the network optimization to reduce number of nodes, and build a new data storage model, and thus to optimize the algorithm ,the model of Optimal Planning is established based on the analysis of space distributing characteristic of road network and the shortest path algorithm is designed and implemented. Then finally,Analysising roadway and the roadway passable passage of time, the introduction of the concept of weights and design the best Escape Accident line of roadway accidents.
