As people pay more and more attention to safety, environment and life and oilfield emergencies increased, research and application of emergency system for oil field was more and more widely. In the process of emergency rescue for oil field,an important problem was how emergency resources are transported timely and effective to the scene of the accident, the shortest path problem was involved. There are a lot of the searching algorithms of shortest path, such as classic graph theory method, A* algorithm, artificial intelligence algorithm, etc., but a large number of studies have shown that any algorithm was not universal, they are mostly for some specific applications.Based on the premise of the disaster incident, combined with WebGIS technology, this paper discussed the emergency rescue route selection problem of emergency rescue material vehicles in oil field. The main work of this paper is as follows.First of all, the network topology of oil field is established. The road network is divided into three grades by using the layered technology, respectively was arterial road, secondary road, and drifting road, then space database and attribute database of a road network was established, and some property sheets in attribute database ware given, finally ArcMap was used to carried out topology analysis and analysis method was stated in detail.Secondly, for the shortcomings of Dijkstra algorithm in WebGIS application, two improved methods are proposed.1)The storage structure of WebGIS was optimized, only the topology information of the oil field road was stored, when analyzing space, the amount of retrieved data was reduced;2)The potential field intensity of artificial potential field was introduced into the algorithm, and a new improved Dijkstra shortest path search algorithm(A-Dijkstra algorithm) was proposed, when the path was analyzed, the shortest path was searched along the trend of the target point. The computation efficiency of the algorithm was improved. Then, facing the road network of the field scale, road network was partitioned into sub community network of equilibrium distance, the first step was to estimate the shortest path length form the starting point to the end point, using the limiting hierarchical algorithm, the shortest path search area was limited through the deleted outside nodes of the scope of the shortest path, and the improved ant colony algorithm was used to solve the problem of the eventful place waitting for rescue that may arise in the emergency treatment of oil field. Finally, emergency rescue system for oil field was designed and implemented.First of all,the overall function and structure of the system was designed; Then, based on ASP.NET technology, combined with WebGIS technology and C#,the emergency rescue system model for oil field based on C/S and B/S was set up.Finally, the various functional modules of the system was developed, and give a detailed description of alarm of accident, orientation of accident, automatic matching of plan, emergency supplies query, path planning and the realization of the main functional modules. For the actual situation of emergency rescue in the oil field, the path research of emergency rescue for oil field based on WebGIS was improvement and optimization of shortest path algorithm, the optimized algorithm was applied to the emergency rescue system in the oilfield to effectively improve the efficiency of emergency supplies to the scene of the accident, and the design of the system did not change the work way the operating personnel, can well was applied and served for the emergency rescue in the oil field.
