The BMS can real-time measure The single battery voltage, The current, The batteries voltage and The temperature etc., to prevent the batteries unreasonable use, to ensure the availability and The safety. Against for The battery diversity, this system presents efficient power conversion system focusing on flyback conversion, which achieves energy balance in batteries charging, to avoid The Thermal management, which was brought by traditional method. FurThermore, the paper analyzes the state of charge to a certain extent, which offers the reference for battery reasonable use. Finally; it constructs the wireless module by CC2500, realizing The BMS and charging machine and PC wireless communications.The paper mainly introduced the system design program and the main function mold hardware circuit and software design, at the same time adopted the hardware and software anti-jamming measure, enhanced the system reliability.
