The traditional forerunner pressure relief valve, which control oil, is from the valve outlet, the outlet pressure can be influenced by the change of the main valve entry fluid, and this may influence valve's control accuracy. This article studies one type of current capacity stabilizer's forerunner proportion pressure relief valve, which the forerunner control oil is from the valve import, and has current capacity stabilizer in the forerunner part. This design is not only greatly weakened the influence that valve inlet to the outlet pressure, also make the control accuracy improved, compared with the traditional valve, it has the good load characteristics and dynamic performance, and has certain theoretical and practical significance. The research work and achievements are as follows:1. Computer aided method of the parameters solve of main valve spring based on MATLAB are proposed, and the main valve spring parameters are optimized.Using principle of traditional graphic method, based on the main valve core stress analysis to realize the traditional manual diagram process through MATLAB. Take the main valve spring quality minimum as the objective function; take reed silk diameter, spring pitch diameter, spring effective work turn as optimization design variable, the parameters are optimized, finally the main valve spring working drawing is mapped.2. Static and dynamic characteristics of proportional pressure relief valve are analyzed.Based on the static equation, the static characteristic curve is mapped using MATLAB computer programming. This paper establishes the mathematical model of the stabilizer proportional valve, the transfer function block diagram of the valve is mapped, and in which the environment of software MATLAB, the simulation model is established, its step response curve is obtained.3. The 3d model is established and finite element analysis of valve body is carried out.Firstly 3d model in UG is established, saved as Parasolid file in the type of x_t file, then is imported into ANSYS software, finally, the finite element analysis of the valve body is completed.
