Hydraulic valve as one of the core components of hydraulic transmission technology, it is very important for the performances of the whole hydraulic system.But because of the water medium special physical and chemical properties, hydraulic valve has several problems such as cavitation, sealing and lubrication that seriously affect the working performance and service life, while water hydraulic pressure relief valve as one of main components in the hydraulic system is more outstanding. Then on the basis of fully considering the water physical and chemical properties, developing a high pressure, good performance and long life water hydraulic pressure relief valve has important academic significance and practical value from the aspects of structure, material.Article puts forward a kind of guide type water hydraulic pressure relief valve with new type valve core which can effectively inhibit the cavitation, vibration and noise on the basis of in detail introduced the working principle of water hydraulic pressure relief valve, key technical problems and solutions. In order to verify the dynamic property of the guide type water hydraulic pressure relief valve, we would have to build its dynamic simulation model based on AMEsim, the simulation results show that the guide type water hydraulic pressure relief valve has the advantages of fast response and stable response and so on, its main structure dimensions such as quality of the valve core, damping hole diameter and the volume of the liquid chamber have great influence on its dynamic characteristics, should be considered carefully in the structure design.Hydraulic cone valve as the main structure of guide type water pressure relief valve with new type of valve core, its cavity flow field distribution and cavitation mechanism is the main investigation object. Using the computational fluid dynamics method, established hydraulic cone valve flow field simulation model to obtain distribution diagram about cavity pressure, velocity and turbulence energy, studied fundamental causes of cavitation, and then structure optimization to research a hydraulic cone valve can effectively inhibit the cavitation, noise and vibration.Friction and Lubrication problem is one of the key problems for water hydraulic pressure relief valve, Surface micro modelling is a strong measure to deal with problems of surface friction, lubrication and sealing.the paper puts forward a kind of water hydraulic pressure relief valve with micro modelling based on micro modelling design basics, and verify its feasibility by using the CFD flow field simulation. Simulation results show that proper micro modelling can improve lubrication state of water hydraulic pressure relief valve cavity, the morphology, geometry size and distribution density of the single micro modelling is the key factors that influence the properties of micro modelling lubrication, should be considered carefully when micro modelling design.In short, the guide type water hydraulic pressure relief valve with new type valve core has a series of advantages such as quick response, good stability, which can effectively restrain the problems such as cavitation, vibration and noise, improve the lubrication state of cavity. The results have important reference significance and use value for hydraulic pressure relief valve structure design and performance analysis.
