With the remarkable improvement of people's living standard, the heart disease becomes one of the main threats to human life. It has the characteristics such as hidden, fast development and high risk. Dynamic ECG monitoring system is an important method to heart disease diagnosis. Therefore, the research of a portable dynamic ECG monitor system is of great significance.The system includes two main parts, the record and analysis device and data processing software in PC. I was in charge of the design and debug of the record and analysis device. The main research contents include ECG data acquisition, data processing and data storage and transmission, and the speech output design.The hardware of the system:the ARM microprocessor STM32F103ZE which has high performance and rich interfaces was adopted; The system adopted an 8G bytes NAND Flash chip to storage 24 hour ECG data; designed input voltage protection circuit; weaken the damage from high voltage for defibrillation. Adopt the zero drift, micro-consumption; rail to rail amplifier INA333 eliminated the influence of common mode interference; realized the function both in Holter and routine electrocardiogram; the communication between PC and the device is USB 2.0 full speed transmission. In addition, it has unique audio output design, realized the hardware and software design.The software of the system:designed a simple integral coefficients filter, eliminated power-line interference significantly; an auto-tracking circuit is designed to correct the baseline accurately; improved the algorithm of ECG feature extraction, and design a R wave detection and location of QRS algorithm; aimed of the feather of high sampling rate and large ECG data; use the USB double buffering function, improved the efficiency of data transmission.The above work was discussed in detail. Many prototype were developed, design the ECG lead which is special for this device. Simulation and clinical experiment were preceded. The experimental results show that the system has a good real-time performance, high reliability and stability.
