The artillery firepower system health status information acquisition unit(hereinafter referred to as the HSIAU)is the information parameter acquisition window of the artillery firepower system PHM(Prognostics and Health Management)system(hereinafter referred to as the PHM system).The efficient maintenance and repair is of great significance.According to the characteristics of a certain type of artillery firepower system,this paper develops a certain type of artillery firepower system health state information acquisition unit,which is used to collect the typical characteristic parameter signals of the firepower system in real time,and extract and upload the health status information(characteristic parameters)of the important components of the artillery firepower system.,which lays the foundation for the development of the PHM system.The specific work contents include:1)Introduced the research background and research status of the HSIAU.Starting from the PHM system function and index requirements,the overall scheme of the HSIAU was designed,and the health status information was given.The system composition,system principle and system structure of the acquisition unit.2)According to the given function and index requirements of the health state information acquisition unit of the artillery firepower system,the selection analysis of the key components of the system is carried out.And completed the hardware circuit development of the health state information unit conditioning analog board and digital backplane for 8 highspeed signals and 16 low-speed signals.3)PL(Programmable Logic)logic circuit is designed.Based on AXI(Advanced e Xtensible Interface),a 24-channel data acquisition and storage logic circuit with accurate indexing and pre-triggering is designed,and for the problem of easy data overflow in multichannel transmission,a parameter-configurable priority polling is designed.Logic circuit;a configurable software and hardware cooperative computing unit is designed based on AXI,and its internal PE(Processing Element)high-speed computing unit is designed based on pipeline and approximate computing.Completed the development of the 24-channel data acquisition and storage circuit and the software-hardware cooperative computing circuit.4)Designed PS software.Based on the multi-threshold discrimination method,the algorithm and software for health status information extraction are researched and designed;based on the AXI-Lite register parameter configuration,the bare metal software of PL acquisition function package and acceleration function package is designed;based on LWIP(Light Weight IP),the Ethernet network communication software.The software development work of signal acquisition,information extraction and information upload of the HSIAU has been completed.Finally,the functional indicators of the health state information acquisition unit are tested and verified,and the test results are given.The simulation test results show that this type of artillery firepower system health state information acquisition unit can meet the requirements of the PHM system for high-speed acquisition,extraction and upload of health state information.
