The BLDC motor is widely applied in industriy due to its simple structure, running reliability, high efficiency and so on.This paper used the DSP TMS320LF2407A of TI as the center controller, and the MOS field effect transistor IRF540 to make the full bridge driver circuitry, with a little peripheral circuit, then the hardware design of the BLDC motor's controller is accomplished. Through the identification experiment of BLDC the parameters and model of the motor were recognized. In addition, according the parameters the motor and driver control system's model have been build in MATLAB, and the simulative experiment based on PID control theory has been done. At the end of this paper, the program of the DSP controller which is the core of the motor's driver was finished. After this work, the close loop of position, velocity and current work well.Those following work have been done in this paper:(1) Use the DSP TMS320LF2407A to be the controller, finished the hardware design of the motor's driver.(2) According to the classical theory, we obtained the parameters of the DC motor by experiment.(3) Use the parameters of the DC motor, we have built the motor and control system's model and made the simulative experiment based on PID theory.(4) The program of the DSP inside the driver has been finished.In conclusion, this paper supplies a platform to make experiment of identify the motor's parameters and motor control system's design, the hardware structure and the software program have some referenced value to the actual product design about motor's driver.
