The vibration of marine power plant has impact on the safety of the ship structure and the reliability of relative machines, disturbs the normal operation of the apparatus and makes the noise pollution to the environment. In this thesis, the development of the marine power plant vibration attenuation technology was presented. The research of the vibration attenuation simulation, development and design was carried out based on the Lanchester's vibration attenuation principle.In this thesis, the Lanchester's vibration attenuation principle was stated along with the development of the vibration attenuation application in the marine power plant. The Virtual prototype of double-slider mechanism in the vibration attenuation was built and simulated. The curve of the excitation force from the vibration attenuation based on the simulation verified the feasibility of the vibration attenuation research. Meanwhile, the actuating element in the vibration attenuation that can change the force amplitude was designed. The design of this element satisfied the demand and can be applied in the vibration attenuation. The control system of the vibration attenuation is designed based on digital signal processor (DSP). And the hardware of the control system is finished to verify the signals from the simulated circuit.The control static experiment and the actuator test experiment were finished to verify the PWM output of the control circuit and the change of the actuator voltage. In addition, the actuator of the vibration attenuation was improved according to the performance experiment. According to the vibration attenuation experiment, it was verified to be good performance. And it can be tracking fast to adjust the phase. The feasibility of the vibration attenuation and the control system under the sine excitation was verified by the experiment.
