In this research a thermodynamic cycle of 50 KW gas turbine for micro CCHP plant is designed. Preliminary design/1D calculation and 3D design with aerodynamic analysis of 4.2 pressure ratio centrifugal compressor, design for micro CCHP plant is carried out. The low pressure ratio D.Eckardt radial impeller and high pressure ratio DDA 404-III back swept impeller studied by Mckain and Halbrook was analyzed. The computed results observed very close to experiment. Modification of double splitters on DDA 404-III was analyzed with constant diameter, rotational speed, blade theta definition, backswept at leading edge and blade thickness definition. Two different impellers were design with respect to position of splitters. (1) with big splitter close to suction surface of main blade (2) with small splitter close to suction surface. It was observed that the total pressure ratio has increased from 4.1 to 4.5 in both modified impellers and isentropic efficiency increased by 2.7 and 1.7 points respectively.
