Coal's combustion is a very complex chemical reaction processition , the metal compounds in coal pay great affects to coal's combustion characteristics and coal ash's melt characteristics. To make researchs on different affects of different metal compounds and the same metal compounds with different proportions, this paper choose samples from Nixiang, in Hunan province, and do experiments in following two ways. Firstly, for the samles with different metal compounds in the same proportions, we try to find their affects to combustion characteristics and coal ash's melt characteristics by conluding, and analyzing emperical figures. Sencondly, for the samles with the same metal compounds in different proportions (2%,4%,6%,8%), we study their changing laws of the combustion characteristics and coal ash's melt characteristics.We make analysis on thermogravimetric characteristics of the different samples with metal compounds, draw the TG and DTG curves of the different mixtures, study the different liner formes from the thermal balance experiments, calculate the kinetic equations and combustion kinetic parameters in different temperatures ,by combining their Ignition, burnout, comprehsentive combustion, reactive exothermicity, combustion mechanism, and kinetic characteristics,and obtain the changing laws of the metal compounds of the catalytic coals.This paper develops same theriy's bases in some degree for the mixing combustion of metal compunds with coals and the mixing pyrolysis technology, and also for the mixing combustion of coals and rubbishs.
