In recent years, continue to increase infrastructure investment, China's highway construction gained unprecedented development, in particular, is an expressway of rapid development, driven along the road network development, and contribute to the economic belt along the formation. However, due to the vast, complex geological conditions, with large areas of soft soil. Therefore, a large number of highway will pass through the soft soil area. The soft soil under the effect of external load, settlement and deformation large, long duration, a greater impact on highway construction. In particular, the settlement after, if the larger will cause serious damage to roads and thus affect the transport. Therefore, the settlement of soft computing and forecasting of highway construction in China is significant. This paper described the deformation of soft theory, through the development of soft law and calculation of settlement prediction method analysis of selected GM (1,1) model and the Logistic model study compared two models of prediction accuracy. Logistic model predicted summed up more ground settlement curve of the law of development, but the original data sequence of smooth settlement of the Logistic model of prediction accuracy has a certain influence, Logistic model applied than GM (1,1) model is lower. After this introduction of combination forecasting methods, and according to the model prediction error sum of squares of the model to calculate the minimum weight of composition. Experimental results showed that combined model combines the advantages of the two models, to a certain extent, a single model to eliminate some of the shortcomings in the forecast soft ground analysis, the combined model has obvious advantages.
