Electrical Energy, as a kind of energy source which applies to engineering vehicles, has an outstanding advantage of zero emission, and no pollution, with an extremely broad developing prospect. Driving motor and its controling system are the hard-core of the whole system of electric vehicle。asynchronous,with its distinctive dharacteristics of small size, simple maintenance, and high reliability, widely apply to Electric engineering vehicles。This thesis studies exchange control system of Electric forklift, with the focus on microprocessor, utilizes thearithmetic of asynchronous electromotor direct torque control, and designs Ac drive controller which applies to TMS320F2812 Electric forklift.The main tasks in this thesis is as follows:Analyses and compares the structure, performance and characteristic of driving controlling system, suggests to utilize DTC, which is stable and suitable enough to be widely appied to Electric engineering vehicles.According to performance index needed by Electric forklift, the thesis analyses drive system of Electric vehicle and advantage and disadvantage of all kinds of motor, discusses the development and current situations of Ac adjustable speed control technology, and further analyzes the basic principles, structures and algorithms of DTC by using the analysing methodology of Space voltage vector. With the aim at this system, designs the DSP controller, and devises the Drive the periphery of the circuit, including weak circuit design and high circuit design.According to the choice of controlling strategy and circumstances of Electric forklift, devises the software designing of controlling system, and further summarizes and introudeces the CAN.
