Based on the actual conditions of the high rock slope, this thesis analyses the stability of high rock slope during the excavation proces, by the three dimensionalcomputational model developed with the limited difference software;meanwhile, the support scheme is evaluated, and the reinforcement scheme is optimized.The main points are shown as follows:(1) Three dimensional curved surface side slope calculation model has been built according to the landform and the geology characteristic of this slope.(2) The excavating schemes have been compared and selected through the finite difference method and the strength reduction method;moreover, the thesis discusses the changing situation of the stress, strain and the stability.(3)The joint support between the sofyware imitation anchoring and frame beam shorings has been applied to make judgements on the effect of the combined support schemes. Based on the result of the numerical imitation analysis, the support schemes of the side slope has been optimized. Then the thesis analyzes the stability of the side slope and the strength situation of the supporting system under the optimized condition.
