High-pressure Jet Grouting Technology And Its Application In The Anti-seepage Reinforcement Of Dangerous Dam

High pressure jet grouting method,which is developed in recent years,is a technique for consolidation and anti-seepage of strata and has been unceasingly improved and utilized in different domains with its advantages of extensive utility scope, adaptable different strata,simple and flexible construction, controllable quantity, convenient management ,?abundant material, lower price and so on . In summarizing the development and application of grouting technique of the world, a whole set of design scheme and construction program has been worked out and utilized in dam base engineering in this thesis through the analysis and study on high pressure jet grouting method.The principle of high pressure jet grouting method has been studied from its properties , grouting material, utility scope, action mechanism according to all parameters obtained from different strata conditions and construction technique,and a whole set of integrated design procedure and design scheme has been provided for construction respectively. Every construction method of high pressure jet grouting has also been introduced in this thesis, and the construction equipments,construction procedures,operation rules and common issues encountered during construction and quality test have also been elucidated in detail, the obtained results can be used to guide on-site strata consolidation with high pressure jet grouting method.A large of reservoirs had been built in our country in 50th~70th last century,because of the condition at that time,some dam foundation had insufficient permeating control steps. This topic is combined the actual request for anti-seepage reinforcement of Baiguishan reservoir dam base. By on-site testing and project construction, we go a step further on the principle of the jet grouting used on dam diaphragm-wall. Pointing of the special features of dam foundation penetrating level, we study technology plan and craft parameter being suitable for dam base jet grouting, and sum up the steps of controling quality of dam diaphragm-wall and major attention problems, to get some experiences for the jet grouting used in other dam diaphragm-wall.
