| Integrative Fruit -vegetable Solar-air Drier which was applied to dry many kinds of farm produce was studied in this paper in order to take advantage of ample solar energy in Xinjiang and improve productivity of solar drying equipment. Using this drier, solar drying technic of apricot and jujube was studied in this paper also. The drier was equipped with 0.5kw power and 4kw auxiliary electricity. The time of drying entire apricot was 79h. The time of drying split apricot was 32h. The time of drying entire jujube was 56h.A new type solar air collector was studied. Using normal transparent material and two type self- designed solar heating board, four type collectors were made. The best structure type was selected by comparison experiment which was optimized. Solar air collector'efficiency was 42.8%.Layered drier was studied after several repeated cycle. The efficiency was improved greatly which can complete industry demands. Layered drier integrated with collector and base shell was named Integrative Solar-air Drier. Top collector and side collector can follow the sun to get more sun light. Top collector heated inner air of drier cyclically that reused remaining energy of drying.Drying experiment was designed on apricot and jujube. Treatment measure was the main factor that effected dried fruit quality. Destroying the surface of fruit was a simple method that can improve drying speed. Apricot drying was made in June and July. Collector's temperature increased very quickly because of high circumstance temperature and intense solar radiation, but the out follow air temperature can not higher than 85℃. Jujube drying was made in November. The air speed in collector should be reduced to increase temperature because of low circumstance temperature and less solar radiation. The optimum parameters of apricot drying were temperature is 65℃and wind velocity is 10.5m/s and fresh apricot treatment was split apricot. The best method of fresh jujube treatment was pricked surface of jujube. |
