| Power is one of the important energy sources of social production and people's lives. For a long time, the induction watt-hour meters are mainly used in most parts of China. The difficult of tariff collection has constrained the development of power sector. With the development of communications and computer technology, in order to solve the difficult of meter reading, requiring regular calibration, charging and enhance the management level. In this paper, pre-paid energy meters are designed based on embedded and RFID technologies.Access to a large number of references and market research, summary of the development process of watt-hour meter and the current status of the domestic and international trade, this paper focus on analysis the inadequate of Induction watt-hour meters and IC card prepaid meter charges and describe the development prospects of RFID Meter.Secondly, the detail of RFID prepayment meter work process, the basic characteristics of RFID and DSP are described. The significance of RFID pre-paid electricity meter and information transmission methods and algorithms for power has been studied.Thirdly, the TMS320VC5502 with high-precision microprocessor is used in this paper, AD73360 chip used as a data acquisition unit of the main chip to simplify the circuit design and improve the energy measurement accuracy. Then radio frequency chip U2270B and E5550 card are used in order to ensure the safety and reliability of information transmission. In this paper include the details of the pre-paid electricity meter data acquisition unit and the external circuit hardware design and drawing of the circuit board.Finally, according to the above hardware design, using CCS development platform completed the RFID pre-paid electricity meter programming. |
