Chang'an Avenue of Pingdingshan city which is located in Xinhua and Baofeng District in Pingdingshan city is a fast channel from Pingdingshan new city to Pingdingshan West Railway Station and is an important strategy for the integration of Pingdingshan city and Baofeng District. Also Chang'an Avenue is a main contact line from Zhengzhou to Shirenshan Expressway (hereinafter referred to as ZhengShi highway) linking the New City, West Railway Station, Jingmeng Line and Miaohong Line which belongs to West Extension Line of Chang'an Avenue in the new city.In this paper, the engineering background is a high-speed interchange steel-concrete composite bridge in Chang'an Avenue of Pingdingshan overpassing Zheng Shi highway. In this paper, the technical standards of the interchange bridge project, basic information and the program's main control factors are discussed. Two types of the steel-concrete composite bridge are compared in scheme conception, tructural design and other aspects. From which the steel-concrete composite beam bridge is obtained as the recommended scheme.Using ANSYS, the recommended steel-concrete composite bridge scheme was conducted structural analysis and calculation. According to relevant specifications, the maximum compressive stress and maximum tensile stress under ten adverse combination load conditions were calculated by ANSYS. The results are less than the relevant allowable stress and in accordance with specification requirements. Then the bridge deck and the shear connectors were also calculated, the results meet the design standards. Finally, the steel-concrete composite beam bridge pushing construction program and construction control are described and demonstrated.
