On the railway from Foshan west station to Guangzhou south station, the line elevation is the control factor in the Chencun intersection. The line is located in urbanization area. Therefore,it needs to consider the urban landscape and the noise reduction in the bridge design.Through multiple alternatives, the successful alternative was 1-50m Steel Truss-Channel Girder Composite Structure Bridge.A series of calculations and research work have been carried out in view of the structure characteristics and forcing behavior.Firstly, through engineering analogy, calculation analysis and other methods the main structure sizes of Steel Truss Girder-Channel Girder Composite Structure Bridge were developed.Secondly, aiming at different targets, the finite element analysis of plane bar system, the finite element analysis of spatial beam-plate element and the finite element analysis of 3D solid element are carried out.The vehicle bridge coupling dynamic simulation analysis shows that the structure has good dynamic characteristics.Thirdly,in the design, the nodes take all the bending moment and shear force, and the axial force will be taken by the concrete chord.According to this principle, the construction scheme of the node is studied. The recommended scheme is put forward. The scaled model test of the node was carried out to verify the feasibility of the nodal structure.Lastly, based on the research for construction technology of actual bridge in the railway from Guangzhou to Foshan, the technical requirements and quality control measures of composite truss girder are formulated.
