Following the development of rain control technology and the speeding-up of city construction, we are encountering a peak of the construction of urban rail transit. There are some difficult points about metro traffic regulation to deal with when we are enjoying the convenience of underground.The wide-ranging application of Communications-based Train Control, CBTC tech in the city metros, reduces the headway time significantly. Therefore, the more strict requirement about real-time traffic regulation is needed. But, there isn't a mature and effective method regulation tech, we should do some research about traffic regulation, and it is really necessary.The model and algorithm based on predictive traffic regulation for metro lines are realized in this paper, and then the verification in the simulation is following.First, the thesis makes a deep analysis about the difficult point and problems in the traffic regulation, and combining the advantage of predictive control algorithm, puts forward that we use the predictive control algorithm to deal with the difficulties in the traffic regulation.Second, the thesis introduces the principle and methods of two basic regulation strategies, the timetable regulation and the headway regulation. And then, a deep analysis from the aspect of hat-curve about the two kinds of strategies is following.Third, in the light of the feature of metro traffic, a mathematic model about train running is put forward, and then, a predictive control model, the constraint of the model and the optimization index. Correct the coefficient of the model by the optimization index, and propose that applying the inner point algorithm to compute the control result. In the following, combining the character of regulation, optimize the time by the sliding window and recursive optimization, and finally satisfy the demand of real time.At last, in the thesis, a simulation verification platform is constructed according to Beijing Yizhuang Line. On the basis of Yizhuang Line data and operation state, makes lots of simulation test in different kind of delay, and gets the basic principle of designing the parameter of a regulation controller. And the test result verifies that the auto-regulation model and predictive control algorithm proposed by the paper are effective and real time.
