| With constant enlargement and development of modern architecture space and building use, high performance concrete(for short HPC), with high workability,high strength and high durability, is produced. A mass of studies show that, make HPC is better to use natural middle fine modulus sand, but with the development of infrastructure construction and recognition of environment protection, existing natural sand can't meet the demand in engineering. So use machine-made sand to produce HPC will be the trend of development in future.Kunming is short of natural sand extremely, and often use machine-made sand. Although in our country there are some studies on actually engineering practice, which obtains the better economic benefit and social benefit, we still need to progress the basic reserch on the local material if want to sprend and apply the machine-made HPC in production and practice, because of the concrete is an local material and the performance is influenced relatively by the region raw and processed materials. So it is significant using local material to produce HPC in Kunming.Nowadays, there are some studies on the machine-made HPC in Kunming, but they are not systemic and detailed, the ratio of water-binder(for short W/B) is too high to limit the strength and durability of this concrete. Because the lower of the W/B, the higher of the strength and durability of concrete, and the high durability is the main performance of the HPC, so it has challenging and learning study significance to study the machine-made HPC in low W/B.How the W/B, the kind of mineral admixture, the quantity of water reduing admixture, the kind of sand effect the machine-made HPC's workability, strength and durability are studied in this paper. It probes into relation among machine-made HPC's strength,landslide degree and W/B,quantity of water reduing admixture and quantity of slag, building relevant mathematics curve to guide project practice in future. Meanwhile, this text introduces the treatment technology of the non-linear artificial neural network, mean to promote the prediction precision of machine-made HPC's performance in low W/B further, order to reduce the workload of testing and guide the apply of engineering.To avoid the amount of numerical measure, the experimentation is designed by means of orthogonal experimentation combined with single-factor experimentation. The study shows that, it is feasible to produce machine-made HPC in low W/B. The strength and water-seep resistance is high, achiving to the requirement of high strength,high water-seep resistance. Part of concrete admixture's workability is not ideal, and hard to satisfy the requirement of high workability. At the same time, it is feasible to use the treatment technology of the non-linear artificial neural network to predict the performance of machine-made HPC and the precision is high, better than the linearity regression model evidently.An economic technical compare is made in this paper, and then come to a conclusion that machine-made HPC presented in the paper, not only can save the cost, but also protecte the environment from the pollution, which will bring large economic benefit and social benefit to Kunming. |
