The main constraints of human development issues, including energy and environment, how to achieve energy conservation, environmental protection is the human face of sustainable development important issues. Coal-fired boiler at working consumes a large amount of pulverized coal, while producing a large number of polluting-gases, oxygen combustion technology can effectively save energy and protect the environment.The pulverized coal boiler combustion process is very complex turbulent flow and reaction process, which involves three-dimensional turbulence, multiphase, multicomponent flow; and heat transfer also includes convection, radiation heat transfer, heat conduction; related to the relevant The chemical reaction also includes gas combustion, particle-phase combustion.This use of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) finite element software FLUENT of oxygen-rich combustion of pulverized coal numerical simulation analysis, the main study the changes in oxygen concentration inside the furnace and the temperature field inside the furnace of the volatile mass fraction of particles, mass fraction, the mass fraction of the distribution of impacts; one or two changes in the ratio of the wind speed inside the furnace and the temperature field within the evaporation chamber of the mass fraction of particles, mass fraction, the mass fraction of the distribution of the impact.Studies have shown that:oxygen-enriched combustion temperature inside the furnace can improve combustion stability. The best range of oxygen concentration:29%~33%; oxygen within the combustion chamber can reduce the levels of CO, indicating that coal combustion in the oxygen-rich conditions, a more complete combustion, reducing the amount of ash containing carbon and improve the burn rate.
