Research Into The Village Timberwork Residence Construction

Recent years, with people's living levels improvement and safety consciousness enhancement, the people are gradually interested in traditional houses in village. The earthquake disaster revealed some structure houses in undeveloped villages and small towns couldn't achieve safety standards, because of undeveloped economy, architecture materials, and traditional construction customs etc.Due to the regional differences, and economic levels in many local differences, remote village houses in the area are still mainly timber structure. Moreover, most timber structure houses in village areas are by local artisans with experience and some unwritten rules to build, and without professional team construction or no formal design, and therefore establish a set of the village timberwork residence construction and acceptance for matching our country state of the nation, and is this lesson's research contents.Firstly, this thesis made a detailed introduction of timberwork building, such as materials, structure type and related technologies. Combining the current standard and the actual situation of timberwork buildings in towns, we analyse the existing standards and the practicability of the traditional timberwork, and put forward some more reasonable and more applicable timberwork construction and acceptance standard advice.In addition, introducing the common roof detail structure of the rural wooden structural house of our country, the Japan's traditional timberwork building and the light woodframe structure, put forward a simple method of roof. According to some timberwork building in the upper layer, and the pillars of overlapped columns and beams in the column on the phenomenon, this paper puts forward a beam-column connection.At last, combined with the actual situation of the rural timberwork building, put forward some improvement suggestions for existing standard. Based on the detailed instructions for the existing timberwork building appraisal check, some simper repair reinforcement method is putted forward.
