Reinforced concrete composite structure, a new structure developed based on reinforced concrete structure and steel structure, integrates steel and concrete into a whole and makes them work together, coordinate with each other, bring their material advantages into role and get over the disadvantages. As the fast economic development and increase of steel product varieties in China, composite beam, which is of efficient construction and high bearing capacity and is fit for structures with large load and large span, will be utilized more and more in the future.Shear connector is the key factor influencing the coordination between steel beam and concrete in a composite beam. In addition to the influence on the composite function in terms of intensity and stiffness, shear connector also influences the force of composite beam in terms of its layout. However, shear connector not only bears the longitudinal shear between steel beam and concrete plate, but also resists the uplift force between them.Stud connector has become the most universal shear connector due to its convenience for construction and great capability of deformation. However, the bending stiffness of stud itself is small, the press face is also small, the stress concentration at the foot is high and the compressive stress is also high. Moreover, there exists splitting crack on the concrete, therefore, the stressed area at the foot is inclined to be damaged.In order to enhance the bearing capacity of shear connector and find out more effective new shear connector, this Paper brings forward several new varieties of shear connectors, including stud connector with armor plate, H-steel connector, half round steel connector, channel connector and angle steel connector.Though researching the push-out test to 14 components of 6 categories, this Paper simulates the construction technique of stud connector, determines the mechanical performance indexes of new shear connector, as well as compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages on stress performance of new shear connector and ordinary stud connector through observing the test phenomenon and consolidating test data. Through the above test research and analysis, the Paper compares the stress performance of the 5 new shear connector and researches on the difference among shear connector forms and the influence of different depths embedded into concrete to its stress performance. Moreover, it also analyzes the Load-Strain Curve of shear connector and researches further on its stress mechanism.
