Glu Bam-concrete composite beams include two basic components: Glu Bam beams and concret slabs. It through shear connectors to form a new structure combination system. The advantage of this structure is that we can take advantage of the Glu Bam beams in the lower tension and the concrete slabs in the upper pressure and can also make full use of the bending performance of Glu Bam beam tensile and the compressive strength of concrete slab. Before the start of the research, two major tasks were investigated that the research backgrounds and significances and the present research situation about the Glu Bam–concrete composite beam structure. After early research, this thesis has carried out the research on the connection performance of the composite groove and on the combination properties of Glu Bam-concrete composite beam as well as the corresponding finite element nalysis. The main research content in this article are as follows:Firstly, the composite groove connection performance of Glu Bam–concrete composite beam were investigated. The research consists bar anchorage for uplift and shear–slip test, in which anchorage anchor pullout test specimens were designed into 15 groups to test the influence of the anchorage structure anchor pulling resistance of different binders, screw diameter and depth; shear-slip test specimens were designed into three groups to study the influence of the groove bearing surface contact angle, Glu Bam beam side implantation to the structure of the shear pin bearing capacity. The results showed that: the binder A than binder B in Glu Bam-concrete composite beam has better permeability and anchoring strength;the optimal screw diameter is 18 mm, anchor pullout strength has nothing to do with the screw anchoring depth. Whether to set inclination angle in the bearing surface of Glu Bam beam has no substantial effects with the Glu Bam-concrete composite beam failure mode,ultimate shear load carrying capacity and anti specimen slip stiffness.So, there is unnecessary to set inclination angle in the bearing surface of Glu Bam beam during the process; puting an implantation pin in the Glu Bam side can avoid Glu Bam beam bearing surface against delamination and improve Glu Bam–concrete composite beams combination effection.Secondly, the combination properties of Glu Bam-concrete composite beam were investigated. Test specimens were designed into five groups with continuous steel net, composite notch screw groove preload force composite shear connectors connection of different spacing and distribution of the shear connectors on a combination of performance beams impact and then get the corresponding load-deflection curve and load-slip curve. The results showed that: Increasing the number of discrete connections can effectively improve the performance of Glu Bam-concrete composite beams; the middle bonding strength across the Glu Bam beam and bonding strength between layers have a great significance on the combination properties of Glu Bam-concrete composite beams;the rigidity of the continuous steel net connections and screw connections specimen is large; composite groove connection can improve the ductility of the Glu Bam-concrete composite beam, having a larger relative slip at failure.Finally, the Glu Bam-concrete composite beam finite element analysis was presented. Through established a two-dimensional finite element model of the different distribution of the shear connectors and composite beams to make a spaced numerical simulation and comparing the experimental study results and the finite element analysis results. The combination performance of Glu Bam-concrete composite beams.were discussed and analyzed.
