| Concrete structure essentially has become the main structure form in the modern engineering construction. Among them, frame structure is widely used for its flexible use of space. Along with the time factor growth, there is more and more concrete frame structure which has built for many years, the performance and function of this structure has gradually reduced and even lost. Therefore, the study about security assessment of concrete frame structure is particularly important, which provides the basis and guidance on reliability identification and reinforcement design of the structure.Extension evaluation method is one of the practical applications of Extenics in the field of engineering. It is more rigorous in theory and its computation is very simple. Extenics is based on the matter-element theory and extension set theory. The matter-element theory considers things, characteristies,and the corresponding value together. The changing process of objective things can be described more realistically and more appropriate. With the help of extension set and matter-element, we can judge thing's degree of belonging to a certain collection by its characteristics'money. And the form of an extension to the(-∞,+∞)value of the correlation function enables precise evaluation and quantity. This means a new way is proposed to achieve comprehensive and objective evaluation.By comparing and analying practical engineering experience, the safety evaluation index system of existing concret frame structure is constructed in the base of research on carrying capacity, crack, deformation and foundation. Through expert consultation, the weights of each index in the evalution is calculated by using extension analytic hierarchy process. It simplifies the calculation amount by using the Matlab software in the process of the index weight calaulation which is calaulated with Extension Analytic Hierarchy Process (EAHP).This paper will be the first to make safety evaluation on existing concret structures and establish the matter-element model which is suited for the security evaluation of a building for trainning of Shenyang clothing art school. Through the comparative analysis of the conclusions,it proves the practicality of the extension method that is used in the aspect of evaluation of the security of existing concret structure. |
