In many remote villages, wide areas of the western and southwestern provinces as well as some islands along the East chinese coast.Due to unfavorable topographic conditions, low settlement density and a resulting low energy consumption, an extension of the grid system is thus not reasonable from an economic point of view. So people are always talking about how to supply these areas suitable power.To this problem, we know, in remote areas, loads are relatively small.Though we can supply people power by using diesel generator,but diesel generator exists some problems such as expensive fuel,high maintenance charge,big noise,large pollution,low reliability and so on.So diesel generator can be viewed as a temporary emergency power supply system.If we want to supply long-term,stable,high reliability power supply system, we had better use local natural resources, for example, solar energy and wind energy. So solar energy and wind energy complement each other in time and geographical area best. So that wind energy system,solar energy system as the main power supply syestem and diesel generator as a temporary emergency power supply system will be the best promissing power supply system for these off-grid areas.Frist, this paper studies emerge mechanism about MEI of switching power,and designs EMI filter according to practical experience. we build Pspice model and confirm the EMI filter we design is right.Second, this paper discusses the possibility of Bi-directional DC/DC converter as the part of step up and step down in the system.We set up DC/DC converter Pspice model to verify the function of Bi-directional DC/DC converter, and we design related circuits.We analyse merit and demerit of full-bridge,and choose full-bridge as system's inverter circuit, and we set up inverter circuit Matlab model which are controlled by PI contrller.From the model, we verify the inverter circuit and PI controller are right.Last, we know DSP,Operational Amplifier and other devices need different work voltages. So, this paper designs a kind of Auxiliary Power Supply,and set up Pspice modle,and verify this Pspice modle is right. We discuss slope compensation under CCM model.So, we know, the Auxiliary Power Supply we design above is right.From what we disscuss above, we know these technologies about recharge and disrecharge technology of PV system based on AC bus are right.The purpose of this paper is reaserch on recharge and disrecharge technology of PV system based on AC bus.In this paper,we propose design of most of hardware circuit, and we discuss its feasibility.Meanwhile,we discuss control stratage.The biggest innovation in this paper is that recharge and disrecharge controllers can be used parallelly no matter how many there are.
