China’s energy structure determines that coal-fired generating units will occupy the leading position of China’s power generation industry for some time.Due to high energy consumption,small and medium capacity coal-fired power generating units with low efficiency and high emissions will gradually be eliminated;the advantages of 1000 MW large capacity ultra supercritical coal-fired generating units are high parameter,high efficiency,low energy consumption and low pollution.So it has gradually become the main models in China.Because of the large capacity and high level of access voltage,the 1000 MW class generator is always very demanding for its reliability.The auxiliary power system is an important part of the power plant and is an important link to ensure the safe operation of the unit.Research on connection scheme of high voltage power plant is very important to improve the safety and economic operation of the unit.Based on the analysis of the electrical connection scheme of the high voltage factory in the domestic and foreign 1000 MW coal-fired generating units,two units in Lu’an power plant 1000 MW unit as an example,the first high voltage voltage level selection,high voltage busbar wiring,high voltage,high voltage working power supply connection factory for start / standby power supply connection is studied,and then through the careful analysis,calculation of short-circuit current,motor starting voltage check to determine can be included in the comparison of auxiliary power wiring scheme,finally through technical and economic comparison to determine the optimal auxiliary power wiring scheme.The research method of this paper has certain guiding significance for the design of HV power line connection of other similar units.
