The multi-platform integrated automation control-monitoring communication process system is an important part of substation control-monitoring system. It is used to acquisit the real-time data and send the data to the SCADA or other system. The real-time ability, reliability and stabilization of the monitoring Communication system is very urgent to the safty of power system.By analyzing actual application and function requirement of the system,the paper gives the design objective. design ideas. design arcitecture and functional modes. Based on the analysis of the system, the functional modules are compartmentalized. The key technology used in the thesis is introduced such as the XML technology, components technology, service-oriented technology and the IPC technology。Then the realizations are discussed in detail about the real-time memory database,the system access module, the system transponder module, the process control module and the communication-redundancy module. Finally, through the test of the system function and performance, this thesis gives the corresponding test results and the shortcomings of the system and its development prospects.
