| In order to adapt to the high-frequency and short-distance travel characteristics of intercity railway passengers,the railway department has developed a variety of new eticket and convenient travel products,including time-counting tickets,commuter tickets and railway cards,etc.Among them,railway cards based on financial accounts has the widest application range and the largest user scale,and the total number of users near reach 10 million.Although the railway card satisfies the convenient travel needs of intercity railway passengers,there are problems such as insufficient user coverage,insufficient use convenience,and unclear marketing expansion methods.The existing operation management can only be supported by basic reporting system.And unable to meet the needs of managers for efficient insight and agile decision-making.Therefore,it is urgent to conduct research on the "finance" + "travel" data of railway cards,and build a data platform to mine the value of railway card data,improve the level of quantitative analysis,and release business intelligence capabilities,which will be of great help to the promotion of intercity railways and for passenger service level is of great significance.This thesis takes the data life cycle as the context,aiming to build a full value chain from data generation to analysis and application.First,analyze and identify the data assets of the railway card,and clarify the quantitative indicators for the operation and management needs;then use the dimensional modeling method to divide top-level data topics,combine big data technology to build a data warehouse architecture,and design a multi-dimensional data model for the data topics;finally Relying on the subject data model and using OLAP tools to design operational data analysis applications,and expounded how to use the data service functions provided by the platform to serve business practice.The main research results of this thesis include:(1)Comprehensively investigate and analyze the business process and data source system of railway travel cards,complete the identification of data assets,and sort out key indicators in terms of operation and marketing in combination with business management needs.(2)According to the characteristics of railway travel card data,conduct a comprehensive study on the link of data "acquisition,storage and management";design the overall structure of the data platform,and carry out detailed design on the data access layer,data warehouse layer,and data application layer.(3)Apply the Kimball data warehouse planning and dimensional modeling methods,and complete the division of data subjects and data structure design according to the principle of similar merging of business connotations,and use star structure to design the data model.(4)Based on the functions of the data service platform and combined with data visualization technology,a number of data analysis applications are designed to provide practical solutions for actual business scenarios in marketing management and user operations.The research and design of the railway card operation data service platform lays the foundation for the digitization and agile transformation of the travel card operation and the establishment of business intelligence,and empowers the further development of the new e-ticket and convenient travel products. |
