Wind energy is a kind of clean and renewable energy. Along with the continuous development of the wind, large wind power projects widely development and the technology has more mature. The small wind power systems have certain applications, but there exist some problems need further researching. Such as traditional wind machine is large in diameter, start wind speed is high, the battery life is short, and wind energy utilization coefficient is low. This paper with lkW small wind power system as the research object. This paper studies the maximum power tracking, storage battery charging and discharging control and inverter control.First of all, made a comprehensive analysis for small wind power systems research status current situation of domestic and foreign. Expounds several kinds of problems that affect the small wind power systems development prospects. Established research problems that need to be solved.Secondly, presents a small wind generators windward speed bumps with growth device, wind machine deviation is placed by support accelerated device fittings slant to realize. According to the wind characteristics and the law of conservation of energy established mathematical model of wind machine, generators, and DC converter.Thirdly, combined with the principle of DC converter, deduced the wind-driven generator power output and converter occupies empties compared to the relationship between the letter with a single type of vengeance, namely the high-power operation points. We can tracking maximum power point by adjusting the converter circuit board of empty of wind turbine output. combined with its own characteristics, presents a maximum power tracking methods that self-adjusting occupies empties compared online. According to mathematics model and combining with fuzzy controller, made the simulation for change from constant-frequency wind rating to higher than it based on Matlab.The wind energy coefficient about 0.3 ascending to 0.48, and verify the feasibility of this kind of tracking method.Finally, this paper analyzed the problem of battery and inverter. Presented a bidirectional converter used in charging and discharging of storage battery and designed a multi-stage charging mode. It can reasonable to protect the charging and discharging of storage battery, and extended battery service life. Through principle analysis of inverter, made the design of oscillation points frequency circuit, triangle wave occurred circuit, benchmark sine wave generating circuit, control circuit and dead zone formed circuit and auxiliary circuit, etc. It could satisfy the inverter control circuit produces take the pulse width modulation spread death safe operation requirements. It can meet the requirement of inverter control circuits produce pulse width modulation wave with dead zones and safe operation.
