| Climate makes a great impact on buildings, it's getting up the leading role in each kind of environment essential factor that the construction faces, and the first purpose that the building exists is for covering the artificial comfortable environment and maintaining its difference between the natural climates. There is a large building capacity of our university student apartments and large energy consumption. Especially in cold regions, the winter has lower temperature and lasted longer, so the building energy consumption is greater. The development of apartment building can not accord to the old model of high energy consumption but should implement the concept of eco-energy saving while the building energy efficiency becomes building development trend. Climate is not only the constraint of architectural design, but also the basis for building energy-saving design. Therefore, in the student apartment building design, the climate impact of the architectural form should be fully considered,In this paper, the author selected the building form of students apartment in the cold apartment as the research object, analyzed the climatic factors affecting the apartment building form of cold regions and the energy consumption features of the apartment building first, laid a theoretical basis for the next specific study of climate adaptation design. Then, the climate adaptation design strategies of dwelling houses design in clod regions were analyzed, provided a strategy reference for the design research. At last, the climate adaptation design strategies were proposed from three points that the site design, building size and space design and construction design based on computer simulation.In the paper, the author presented that the climate adaptation design strategies should be implemented into the overall design of the apartment building by simulating and comparative analyzing of large amounts of data. There was a direct significance for the overall rapid developing construction of China. A useful attempt was made for passive energy-saving design of student apartment building under the conditions of low-skilled in cold region. |
