According to the "petrochemical enterprises building structural design norms"and"industrial building anti-corrosion design norms"and"corrosioninhibiting admixtures use technical regulation stipulates that in corrosive environment "should adopt reinforced resistance rust measures. Pre--viously, petrochemical base structure of reinforced by asphalt daub on anti-corrosion processing. But asphalt daub increase Engineering cost, and anticorrosive effect will be extended by time and gradually becomes poor. Orthogonal experiment test results also show that the PH value high, erosive medium density variations on reinforced section radial corrosion depth almost no effect; PH lower, erosive medium density variations on reinforced section has certain influence on the radial corrosion depth. Namely the lower PH value, as erosive medium density change radial corrosion depth of reinforced section also obvious effect.Through orthogonal experiment proved foundation with low permeability concrete and corrosion inhibiting admixtures in the petrochemical environment is a feasible measure. |
