At present,reinforced concrete structures still serve as the most important structure in the construction industry,and are widely used in water conservancy projects,bridges,roads,civil engineering,ports,etc.,and are currently the most widely used form of building structure in the world.With the wide application of reinforced concrete structures and the increase of service time of reinforced concrete,a large number of concrete structures have serious durability problems.Different types of damage will occur in the concrete structure during the service life,such as steel bars will be corroded and chemically affected.Erosion,etc.The biggest factor for the damage of reinforced concrete structures is the corrosion of steel bars,which has a wide range of influences and large economic losses,which are unmatched by other influencing factors.Therefore,the use of advanced testing methods to analyze the corrosion of steel in reinforced concrete,to understand the location of steel corrosion in reinforced concrete,the severity of steel corrosion,the age of steel corrosion,and then take effective treatment measures is very necessary.Based on the above reasons,this paper is to introduce the most advanced GECOR8 steel corrosion detection equipment,familiar with its use,working environment and performance,and skillfully use its data processing software program,which can analyze and collect the collected data.The method and standard for evaluating the corrosion state of steel bars in reinforced concrete were studied and analyzed.The appropriate methods and standards were selected to evaluate the corrosion,corrosion degree,corrosion rate and corrosion age of the steel bars in the reinforced concrete,and then the treatment measures were proposed according to the evaluation conclusions..Research and development of PCI-2015 rust-proof materials,and carried out indoor tests such as chloride ion penetration resistance test,electrochemical test,dipping cycle test,concrete permeability test.The test proves that PCI-2015 rust inhibitor has better resistance to chloride ion permeation,can effectively inhibit steel corrosion,and has long-term rust resistance;it can delay the occurrence of corrosion of steel in concrete during salt water immersion cycle,and has excellent osmotic inhalation ability in concrete.Finally,the practicality of GECOR8 instrument for non-destructive testing of steel corrosion in existing hydraulic concrete engineering was verified by experimental engineering.It also verified the practicality of PCI-2015 migration rust-resistant material in the technical transformation project in existing hydraulic engineering.
