The topic is about control and research on the electric vehicle drive system test platform, considering performance and work characteristics of various components, being able to simulate various driving road conditions of electric vehicle. The first task of the topic is to achieve to test and collect each performance parameter. After the analysis and processing of the host computer, the collected reasonable data will be used for the corresponding simulation algorithm. Final theoretical results will be used to control the test platform, and it will make each power system of the test platform match coordinately, and also optimize control strategy.The paper first introduces some of the historical process of development of electric vehicles and the development prospects, and describes the research value for test platform of electric vehicle drive system. Then it introduces the subject project sources. The main part of the paper follows, covering the main research of the topic. Including as follows:The modern electric vehicle drive system's basic structure, hardware selection of drive system, data acquisition and control equipment, to build electric vehicle drive system test platform, debugging test platform, debugging communications equipment, such as data acquisition equipment, and control equipment, programming system software.
