The Application Of New Type Data Collection System In The Field Of Anti-stealing Electric Power Network

In the electric power system electric energy stolen is greatly harmful to the benefit of our country and electric enterprises, endangers the normal operation of electric network and impedes the development of electric industry. So it is necessary to install multi-functional and reliable devices for anti-stealing in electric power system. As the development of TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) protocol information technology used in Delphi programming and the application of GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) mobile communication technology, aimed at electric consumer a new type data collection system is designed and try to combine with the wireless communication, Delphi programming, GPRS and e-mail alarm.This paper designs and implement a kind of device to collect the data for electric anti-stealing and network terminal workstation microcomputer platform to implement alarm and dispose the information of electric stealing.There are mainly four parts in the new type data collection system: generatrix signal collection device;wireless communication part;network terminal programmer;Remote GPRS alarm. The micro consume single chip, CT power, data processing circuit and wireless device are used and integrated in data collection circuit, and the whole data collection device is installed to the high voltage power-line. By using this structure , man-made damage to the device can be avoided. The communication part is realized by SRWF-501 module and leave RS-232 serial COM port. The software platform of electric anti-stealing designed in this paper is programmed by Delphi to implement the data receiving, analyzing, storage and judge whether there is electric stealing, send e-mail through SMTP(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) .The GPRS module MC35 which is produced by SIEMENS, is used to implement the function of alarm.The system integrated the latest communication technology, data transmission , and implement the application of the new technology in the field of electric power anti-stealing.
