Electric power system stability and reliability will be seriously affected due to the randomness of the islanding location and the power unbalance caused. Based on the explanation of the structure and the concept of islanded grid's, the passage analyze the factors which have the influence on the stability of islanded network frequency. An operation and control simulation platform for multiple generating units islanding system are set up in a user-defined environment of PSASP7.0, which solve the problem of disability of proceeding a wide range of frequency fluctuation simulation for existing power system stability simulation software due to lack of Over Speed Protection function, combined with the development status of regional power grid in an islanded power system, and based on various operation condition of generating units, provide corresponding frequency stability control strategy for islanded grid operation, the simulation shows the correctness and effectiveness is also carried out; Finally, do Power Load Unbalance test to the running units of the islanded region, ensure the units PLU function reliability, provide a powerful guarantee for the frequency stability control strategy. |
